Welcome to VIBE ("the Service", "the App", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use ("the Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the User", "you") and the operators of VIBE. Please read them carefully. Registering, accessing or using the Service constitutes full, informed and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree — do not use the Service.
1. VIBE is a platform only. We provide a technological tool to connect people — nothing more. We do not organize, supervise or accompany introductions, meetings or relationships.
2. We are not responsible for anything. We are not responsible for users, content, profiles, identity, intentions, conduct, meetings, damages or any outcome — online or offline. We bear no liability in connection with the foregoing.
3. Responsibility is solely the user's. Each user bears full and exclusive responsibility for their actions, the information they provide, their interactions and their meetings. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By registering you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement; (c) you are not barred by any law from using the Service; (d) you have not been convicted of a sex offense or a serious violent offense and are not listed on any sex-offender registry; (e) you were not previously suspended or removed from the Service. We may, but are not obliged to, perform checks and verifications, and you may not rely on any having been performed.
VIBE is a technology platform that enables introductions between users. We do not conduct criminal background checks, full identity verification, or verification of the accuracy of the information users provide, unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not verify users' identity, age, intentions, marital status or trustworthiness, and we are not a party to any communication, meeting, transaction or relationship formed between users. The match score ("Vibe Score"), "Your Picks", recommendations and questions are impression aids only, based on an internal algorithm, and do not constitute a promise, advice, diagnosis or guarantee of compatibility, safety or any outcome.
You must provide true, accurate and current information and keep it so. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You may not hold more than one account, transfer or sell an account, or use another person's account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, text, answers). However, by uploading content you grant VIBE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, process and distribute the content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Service. You represent that you hold all rights in the content, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and that it contains no prohibited content. We may (but need not) review, filter, remove or block any content at any time, at our sole discretion.
You undertake not to: impersonate any person or entity; harass, threaten, demean, stalk or harm; post sexually explicit content, nudity, violence, hate, racism or offensive content; post content involving minors; defraud or request money, gifts or payment details; promote a business, product or service (commercial use) without our approval; send spam or bulk messages; suspiciously push users to external platforms; collect, scrape or copy user data; use bots, automation or malware; circumvent security measures or limits; or make any unlawful use. Violation may lead to immediate removal of content, suspension or blocking without notice, and reporting to authorities.
You bear full and exclusive responsibility for your interactions with other users, whether online or in face-to-face meetings. Take extra care: read the Safety Center, do not transfer money, do not share sensitive personal details, hold first meetings in a public place, and tell someone close to you. VIBE does not vouch for the conduct, identity or intentions of any user.
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, restrict, suspend or close any account, for any reason, including suspected violation, suspicious activity, or harm to other users or the Service — with no right to a refund (to the extent a paid service exists in the future). You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
The Service, name, logo, design, code and content (except user content) are the property of VIBE and protected by copyright and trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer or make commercial use of them without our written consent. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its personal purposes only.
The Service may include third-party links, ads or services (e.g. Google sign-in, analytics tools, platform ads). We are not responsible for the content, policies or actions of third parties, and use of them is subject to their terms.
The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a purpose, availability, continuity, security, accuracy, or freedom from faults or viruses. We do not warrant that you will find a match, a relationship or a partner, and we are not responsible for users' conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBE, its owners, directors, employees and suppliers shall bear no liability for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or other damage — including bodily, emotional or property harm, lost profit, lost data or distress — arising from or connected to use of the Service, inability to use it, users' incorrect information, content, or any meeting, relationship or interaction formed through the Service. In any event, our total aggregate liability, if and to the extent determined, shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event, and absent payment — ILS 200.
You undertake to indemnify and hold harmless VIBE, its owners and operators against any claim, demand, damage, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, from content you uploaded, or from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district. To the extent permitted by law, you waive participation in any class or collective action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. A material change will be published in the Service. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. We may assign our rights; you may not. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and VIBE.
