Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with and your rights, in line with applicable data-protection law and accepted data-protection principles. This policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use. By its nature, a dating service involves providing personal and even sensitive information — using the Service constitutes informed consent to the collection and processing described here.
VIBE is a platform only, and we are not responsible for users' content, information or conduct. Responsibility for the information you choose to share — and for your interactions — is yours alone. Do not post sensitive information you would not want exposed to other users.
The operators of VIBE own the database and are responsible for its processing. For privacy inquiries: support@instasite.store.
Information you provide: name, age, gender, preferences, photos, city, interests, personality, answers to the Vibe questions and missions, bio, and the content of messages you exchange with other users. Sensitive information: some information (photos, answers, and gender/interest preference) may be considered sensitive, and you provide it voluntarily and with consent. Automatic information: IP address, device and browser type, usage identifiers, activity times, and usage events. Location: approximate city/location, per the permission you grant in the browser. From third parties: when signing in with Google — the basic identity details the account shares (name, email).
To create and operate the account; to compute matches and show relevant profiles; to display "Your Picks" and recommendations; for security, fraud detection and abuse prevention (Risk Score); to send notifications and service messages; to analyze and improve the Service; and to comply with legal obligations. Your profile and photos are visible to other users as an essential part of the Service.
Processing relies on your consent, on the necessity to perform the agreement with you (providing the Service), on legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and on legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 8), though this may prevent continued use of the Service.
We do not sell your information. We may share information with: other users (the profile, photos and content you choose to share); service providers (processors) acting on our behalf and per our instructions — hosting, email delivery, and analytics (Google Analytics); law-enforcement authorities or third parties where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users' safety or the public; and in the event of a structural change (merger, sale or transfer of activity) — subject to continued protection of the information.
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the information (including access control and transport encryption). However, no security is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
We retain information as long as your account is active and to the extent needed to provide the Service. For safety, fraud prevention, moderation and legal compliance, we may retain certain information (including messages, reports and blocks) even after a match is undone or an account is deleted, for a reasonable period and in accordance with law.
Subject to law, you are entitled to: access your information; correct inaccurate information; delete information and remove your account; object to or restrict processing; receive a copy of the information (portability); and withdraw consent. For requests, contact support@instasite.store. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
The Service uses an algorithm to compute a "Vibe Score" and rank recommendations, based on the information you provided and your activity. This is an aid for presenting relevant content only; it does not make decisions with legal effect on you.
We use essential cookies (to keep you signed in) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure usage and improve the Service. You can manage or block cookies via your browser settings, but some features may be affected.
Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Israel. In such cases we work to ensure the transfer is done lawfully and with an adequate level of protection.
The Service is for those aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn of such information, we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. A material change will be published in the Service, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
